Batch Import eBay® Orders

Help Table of Contents eBay Auto Retrieve Get eBay Orders

The Batch Import eBay Orders function allows you to easily import your items in eBay that have recently sold. The items are imported into your MySql database for shipping with the Silverthorne Shipping Saver. You can also have the shipping application automatically import the past two weeks of eBay items sold upon starting up. Please see eBay Auto Retrieve feature.

The Batch Import eBay Orders  feature is located by selecting the menu item eBay Orders under the main menu item Batch Import.  To import your eBay orders, just select a date range in which your items were sold on eBay and then click the Import button.  Select a date range by clicking on a date on the From Date calendar, and then clicking on a date on the To Date calendar.  This specifies the date range for which you want to import orders.  Once clicking the Import button, the Silverthorne application will communicate with eBay using a secure socket layer connection over the internet to pull in your order details.  Once the import is complete, your eBay orders will be displayed in the Order List Table, ready for you to ship them. You can view our online demo of importing eBay orders.
