Search Menu Filter Orders

Help Table of Contents Search Menu Find Orders

The Filter search  function allows you to search for orders based on these criteria:

• City
• State
• Country
• Zip Code
• Product Sku
• Shipping Carrier

The results of the search is displayed in the Order List Table, unless the search only results in one order which will be immediately displayed in Customer-Order View to display all the details of the order. To use the Filter search function,  enter a search word in the search text field and then click the Filter button, or select an item in one of the List boxes and then click the Filter button.  The Filter Orders function is displayed in the screen shot below.
