You can click anywhere on the row with eye glasses and the order will be loaded into Customer-Order View.

Single Rate Quote

Once an order is in Customer-Order View, you can get a single rate quote, by first selecting the carrier service level as shown below.

Next click the Get Rate button as shown below.

The single rate requested will be displayed as shown below.

Rate Shopping

Click the Rate Shop button as shown below.

The multiple rates requested will be displayed as shown below.

All Available Rates for Single Carrier

Click the All FedEx button as shown below.

All available rates will be displayed as shown below.
